Unlike traditional SaaS or cloud AI tools, Shambhavi AI Labs software operates under a strict Air-Gapped On-Device Guarantee. We never transmit your local files, search queries, vector embeddings, customer CRM records, or audio recordings to any external cloud server or third-party AI provider.

1. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy governs the desktop clients, command-line interfaces (CLI), MCP servers, and web utilities provided by SHAMBHAVI AI LABS (Proprietorship: Sandip Udasin), registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India under Registration Number UDYAM-CG-14-0150310.

2. Data We Never Collect

Document Contents & File Metadata: All files indexed by Sovereign File Finder or ingested into the Sovereign RAG Document Vault remain exclusively on your local disk inside hardware-encrypted local databases.
Vector Embeddings: All dense neural representations are computed locally via hardware-accelerated tensor pipelines.
User Audio & Vision Feeds: DSP audio recordings and CCTV vision streams are processed on-device and never exfiltrated.
Keylogs & Keystrokes: Floating spotlight HUD widgets run strictly in isolated local OS processes.

3. Minimal Technical Telemetry

For digital rights licensing (DRM) and active seat verification, our apps connect to our Cloudflare edge licensing endpoint once every 10 minutes (or once every 24 hours for offline grace). The only data transmitted is:

• client_id: Registered corporate account identifier

• machine_uuid: Irreversible SHA-256 one-way hash of local hardware components

• timestamp & nonce: Monotonic cryptographic anti-replay verification nonce

• app_name: Application binary identifier (e.g., local_rag_engine)

This telemetry cannot be used to reverse-engineer user identity or inspect user documents.

4. India DPDP Act 2023 & Global Compliance

Shambhavi AI Labs fully complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Under DPDP 2023:

You possess the absolute right to operate all software fully disconnected from the internet (Air-Gapped).
You can purge all cached license leases and reset machine bindings at any time.
We do not sell, rent, broker, or monetize any user data under any circumstances.
